We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and personal checks (made payable to the Greensboro Symphony Orchestra) and cash. There is a $1.00 processing fee per ticket with a maximum limit of $3.00 per order for all phone transactions: cash, check or credit card. All sales are final.
There are no refunds or exchanges on single ticket purchases or returned tickets. Subscribers have the benefit of exchanging their season tickets. There is no exchange fee for subscribers; however, all subscription ticket exchanges are subject to availability and any price differences will be charged.
Season Subscribers only:
You will be seated as close as possible to your original seats. You must bring your tickets to will call to receive your new tickets.
E-mail is the quickest and best way to exchange.
If you are unable to attend a performance at the last minute, your unused ticket can be donated to the Greensboro Symphony Orchestra as a tax-deductible contribution. Simply call the Box Office to turn in your tickets. Your tax receipt will be mailed from the Greensboro Symphony Box Office within two weeks.
All lost tickets replaced free of charge.

Children over the age of 6 are welcome to attend Greensboro Symphony/Carolina POPS performances. Student discounts ($5 tickets) are available for all concerts.
The War Memorial Auditorium, Greensboro Coliseum, UNCG School of Music Recital Hall and the Westover Church are handicapped accessible for bathrooms, designated seating and listening devices. Please note that there is no elevator in the War Memorial Auditorium for Balcony seating.
The Greensboro Symphony Orchestra strictly prohibits the use of cameras, videos and recorders during all performances.
Concerts begin promptly at the scheduled time. In consideration of the performers and patrons, latecomers will be seated at a natural break in the music. If you must leave the hall during the performance, please do so quietly. Re-entry while the concert is in progress will be at the discretion of an usher.
All performance halls used by the Greensboro Symphony/Carolina POPS are smoke-free environments. The War Memorial Auditorium provides a clearly-marked, designated area for smoking. Thank you for your cooperation.
Beverages and snacks are sold in the lobby at the War Memorial Auditorium and Greensboro Coliseum. However, beverages and snacks are not permitted in the War Memorial Auditorium, the Greensboro Coliseum or any other Greensboro Symphony/Carolina POPS performance venues.
Public telephones are marked by signage at each venue.
Emergencies during concerts should be reported to the Box Office Staff or Ushers who are trained to assist concert-goers.
Lost articles may be claimed at the Greensboro Coliseum Administrative Offices. The Greensboro Coliseum, War Memorial Auditorium, UNCG School of Music and Westover Church are not responsible for any lost articles.
