Greensboro Symphony Chamber Ensemble Program:
VERY YOUNG PEOPLE'S CONCERTS

This new and exciting program was developed by the New York Philharmonic. It focuses on young audiences, ages 3 to 5. The goal of the program is to introduce broad musical ideas to the students. The Greensboro Symphony is honored to be the first orchestra given permission to present a satellite production of this program. This series gives students the opportunity to visit musicians around the concert hall and lobby, to see musical instruments up-close, and to interact with the players themselves. This musical program inspires active listening, encourages singing and movement, and features great musical repertoire.
